Our small team of qualified Personal Trainers cater for small group classes [max 8 people] as well as 1-1 private sessions. Most of our Personal Training clients enjoy exclusive use of the gym during their sessions  - something unique in our area!

The studio is walking distance from Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction, Bellevue Hill and short drive from other surrounding suburbs. There is convenient parking on Flood Street and a bus stop directly in front of the gym.
