OWNER, CORRECTIVE EXERCISE SPECIALIST & HEAD TRAINER

Julie specialises in corrective exercises and has over 16 years experience as a Personal Trainer.

 

Julie can identify postural deviations and dysfunctions in the body that may cause pain and discomfort. She will then create plans to bring the body back into alignment and re teach the client optimal movement pattens to reduce and even eliminate muscular pain.

 Wendy loves educating her clients of the importance of exercise and motivating them to reach their maximum fitness potential. She is precise, structured, considered in her approach and extremely supportive and encouraging. Wendy has a passionate for calisthenics and optimal biomechanic movement

From a small town in Spain Stef is a highly qualified fitness and pilates instructor. She has 8 years experience in helping people overcome back pain and improve core strength and build overall strength. She is an avid surfer and lives in Bondi just so she can surf everyday!

Nikeeta has over 6 years of experience in the industry and qualified across Personal Training, Fitness Instructor & Nutrition in the UK. She specialises in resistance training, weight loss, hypertrophy and helping people to understand the fundamentals of weight training. She is passionate about empowerment and has done a lot of work to help people feel strong physically, mentally and all round more confident in their bodies.
